Worldgate asked DesignDesign to design for the mainstream market, and engineer for high-volume manufacturing and assembly. Special attention was given to the enhanced acoustics, the easy to read and use controls for any age group, and the compact fold-flat form factor for high-density shipping. DD engineering spent weeks in Asia inspecting and approving the quality of molded parts and assembly details.
