Our process always begins with conversation.  We want to know as much about your business, your goals and your thoughts as possible.  You may know exactly what you want, or we may need to talk through ideas together, but we always strive to listen and pick up on the core theme of what makes you different.

Define
Once we have an understanding of your business and know the results you’re looking for, we define the strategies to get them accomplished.  This could include research, brainstorming and some good-old fashioned homework on our part, and together our team identifies the methods we think will get your message across to your customers most effectively.

Decide
We present our ideas to you and help determine the best opportunities to move forward with based on your feedback, thoughts and parameters.  Sometimes we’ll execute one phase at a time, and sometimes we’ll run with a full cross-platform plan of action; whatever decision makes you most comfortable.

Design
Here, through the collaborative effort of our design team, we bring our strategies to life.  We may create completely new design concepts and messaging, or work to refresh what you currently have in order to update, enhance or reposition your brand appropriately.  We present our recommendations and explain our thinking behind them, then adjust with your feedback until we have a finished piece.

Implement
Your marketing delivered!  Once a design is completed, we implement it.  That could mean programming and launching a website; sending out emailers; soliciting printers and managing print production; maintaining content changes; adding analytical tools for online tracking; evaluating results; or overseeing advertising schedules.  We work alongside you even after the design phase to ensure ongoing success.
