CARTICEPT MEDICAL is an innovative medical device firm dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients with osteoarthritis or cartilage damage. Instead of multiple injections with clumsy syringes, greater control is brought to bear with a single cannula insertion and multiple serial fluid injections. DesignDesign refined the product for commercialization, made the consumable cartridge/hand-piece assembly easy to use and manufacture, and redesigned the graphical user interface. A cart was also designed to organize the caregiver's workspace.
